• Various minor bug fixes.

• Fixed alter column problems with McKoi database.

• Added support for Apache Derby (Cloudscape) database using embedded driver. IBM Universal driver not yet supported.

• Added support for exclude list in queries. This implements SQL " not in ()" clause.

• Fixed MySQL problem of trying to alter javaobj_ column to longvarbinary when it was already longvarbinary.
